MAMP is excited to welcome Laurie Warzinski as the September 2016 Breakfast Meeting guest speaker! Laurie is the Housing Programs Director for Rural Development in Maine for the U.S. Department of Agriculture and will be presenting on "Recent or Pending Guideline and Procedural Changes Regarding Rural Development in the State of Maine" (please see Laurie's bio below).

Laurie Warzinski joined USDA Rural Development in the State Office as the Multi-Family Housing Specialist in August of 2014.  At that time, she came with 14 years of industry experience including mortgage loan production and collections management, underwriting and procedural implementation.  Her most recent experience was gained at Camden National Bank and prior to that she was living in southern Maine where she worked for a high-volume mortgage company, credit union and community bank.  Laurie also has professional experience in recruiting, resource development and special education.  Currently Laurie is serving as Housing Programs Director for Rural Development in Maine.
