PROPERTIES IN FLOOD ZONES

Join MAMP at our March 12th Breakfast Meeting for a discussion about properties in Flood Zones with local industry experts. From the definition of a flood to the recent changes to the Purchase & Sales Agreement concerning flood zones, you won't want to miss this panel discussion featuring Jim Nadeau of Nadeau Land Surveys, EJ Demers of BH&G The Masiello Group, and Nick Lotfey of Lotfey Dennett Insurance.  

Please note:  We surveyed our membership in September about our Breakfast Meetings.  Per that survey, in order to keep the ticket prices the same ($35/person) it was decided to offer a continental breakfast at our Breakfast Meetings instead of a full breakfast buffet.  There will be a toast bar, with a multitude of toppings, oats, yogurt and fruit.  Please plan accordingly.
